As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Dealer Management who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to maximize fleet sales outside of North America. This role involves managing dealer and agent relationships, generating prospects, owning export sales opportunities, establishing export processes and procedures, and delivering profitable results from both disposal and export sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize fleet sales outside of North America
  • Manage dealer and agent relationships in the most advantageous way to grow the business​.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships ot enhance market presence and sales performance.
  • Generate prospects including end customers, distributors, agents & JV partners​.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  • Own export sales opportunities including bids, pipeline & backlog​.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of export sales projects.
  • Establish export processes & procedures based on the industry trends, market dynamics, export regulations, and best practices.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Deliver profitable results from disposal sales, and export sales.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of international sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Implement improvement plans to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel management or related roles within the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • In-depth understanding of channel dynamics and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales management software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
