Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring successful execution within budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimators, and customers to support pricing, job site walkthroughs, bid submissions, and change orders.
• Act as the primary liaison between field operations, scheduling, and engineering to ensure seamless coordination and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, manpower allocation, and financial performance, including billing, cost tracking, and productivity analysis.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
• Oversee and coordinate craft labor, understanding roles, responsibilities, and site requirements to optimize efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, conduct job site visits, and ensure project specifications are met.
• Support estimating efforts and provide accurate pricing breakdowns for additional work requests.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Highly preferred: Project management experience in the Industrial, Commercial, or Energy construction sectors.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from kickoff meetings to closeout.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Strong understanding of estimating, blueprints, craft labor roles, and job site operations.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, manpower, budgets, change orders, and billing.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software.
• 1–5 years of construction industry experience; scaffolding experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $70k - $85k annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
