Join our world-class sales organization on our MATCOR business in the Northeast.  You will cover oil and gas mid-stream accounts, power generation, chemical/petro-chemical and marine terminals, providing state of the art corrosion solutions, made in the USA products, full suite of materials and services.  Join a market leader, in business for almost 50 years!  We're constantly growing and innovating.  Your territory will include Maine down to South Carolina.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops new customers; identifies and pursues valuable leads.
  • Consults with engineering and operations departments as required.
  • Generates revenue in the technical services and CP (Cathodic Protection) construction markets.
  • Grow and Develop relationships with new and existing accounts and develop additional contacts within existing accounts and increase market share.
  • SalesForce.com or similar.
  • Prepare and present technical presentations on products and services.
  • Entertain clients as required.
  • Ability to travel 60% overnight travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with emphasis on business, mathematics, engineering, or similar discipline
  • Strong understanding of cathodic protection applications in mid-stream and other markets
  • SalesForce.com or similar
  • At least 3-5 years outside sales experience in construction field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Must be able to travel locally and some overnight travel

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus generous uncapped commission opportunities This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position
