Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Salesforce data is up-to-date, accurate, including key projects and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular data reviews and clean-up to maintain CRM integrity and support sales effectively.
  • Monitor and update data related to project timelines, sales stages, and customer interactions.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and support escalation through R Process.
  • Track sales pipeline, ensuring that all projects are on schedule and critical deadlines are met.
  • Support the resolution of issues related to past dues, and other sales inefficiencies.
  • Ensure the team has access to necessary tools, training, and resources to perform effectively.
  • Keep the sales team accountable and aligned with the Growth operating rhythm and monthly calls.
  • Analyze CRM data to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing sales processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive process enhancements and support overall sales strategy.
  • Stay informed about micro and macro industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Help team stay up to date on emerging markets and trends that impact their respective areas.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field - preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience is a Sales Analytics related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team support and process improvement.
