Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust service operations and field Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards and EHS requirements
- Execute the Quality, training, and product measures lined out in the Spider Playbook
- Maintain the Suspended Quality Sharepoint Page in collaboration with the BrandSafway Quality team
- Lead internal audits; coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, policies, work instructions, and quality records.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Spider SWI’s in collaboration with the Engineering and Training departments
- Coordinate local branches to functional support teams for suspended access needs.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, outstanding attention to detail with ability to multi-task and decision-making abilities.
- Good time management skills to support all BrandSafway Branches.
- Good problem-solving skills with implementation ability and a focus on sustainable improvement
- Ability to assist management with inter-departmental procedures to improve processes
- Self-starter who pays extreme attention to detail and strives for excellence.
- Some analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Experience with JD Edwards Advanced knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations and/or field-related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Must demonstrate extremely strong listening and verbal communication skills with various customer and employee types.
- Must be professional to deal both in person and on the telephone.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Strong MSOffice Suite skills (Excel, Word).
- Ability to travel overnight up to 50%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Will involve standing, walking, or working on the floor for extended periods during audits or inspections.
- Ability to lift 50lbs is required.
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $153,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
