Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually plus bonus. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 to 10 salespeople, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for BrandSafway products and services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, utilizing both supplied and self-developed leads.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.
  • Ensure effective territory management, focusing on the local branch and surrounding metropolitan areas and states.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Foster a team environment that promotes high morale, motivation, and professional development.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team of at least 3 people, preferably in industrial or construction product sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work well in both a direct leadership role and as an influential guide to the sales team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Relevant experience with construction sales will also be considered.
