Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to inside sales team in line with the IEC sales strategy. 
• Weekly updates to IEC sales leadership team on local customer segment growth. 
• Own local customer data and CRM data integrity. 

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years’ experience managing an inside sales team
• Must have Commercial and Digital Marketing experience
• Must have high data analysis skills
• Must have MS Office tools intermediate-advance proficiency
• CRM tools proficiency a plus
• Must have 4-year degree
