Salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to protect the company's assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Risk Analyst will work closely with various departments to analyze data, develop risk mitigation strategies, and support the implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surety Bonds:
- Process surety bonds upon requests ensuring timely and accurate issuance to meet company and customers’ needs.
- Processing all renewal surety bonds.
- Collaborate with various departments and states on bond reductions and cancelations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Legal, Safety, and Contract teams with the Certificates of Insurance requests and serving as backup support when needed.
- Provide risk-related support and guidance to various departments.
- Monopolistic State Filings:
- Create and/or request payroll reports for quarterly filings per state.
- Assist with providing details regarding requested information for audits
- Risk Identification and Assessment:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks to BrandSafway’s operations, assets, and reputation.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risk exposures.
- Assist with the annual insurance renewals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to associate and customer claims, incidents, and losses.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk findings and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and manage the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Report incidents within the Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) database upon request.
- Supporting the Risk Management Department:
- Complete Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) Reporting
- Generate claims data reports as needed.
- Process all Risk Management related invoices (e.g. Insurance premium, Surety Bonds, TPAs, Settlement payments in monopolistic states, etc.)
- Various Risk Management Projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, RMIS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certifications such as ARM (Associate in Risk Management).
- Experience with risk management software and tools.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Office environment with occasional travel to company sites and external vendors.
- Full-time position with occasional extended hours to meet deadlines and project requirements.
