Title – Mechanical Technician
Location – 4600 New Middle Road Ste. 1 Jeffersonville, IN
Hours – Monday-Friday, 6a -5p (OT or occasional weekends based on business needs) 
Type – Full-time/ Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Enter, Troubleshoot, tear down, repair, reassemble, test, and perform maintenance on Safe works standard equipment and accessories with direction and oversight.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Perform highly technical mechanical or diagnostic tests working under the direction of a supervisor or service center lead.
• Provide service and customer support via phone/email and on the job sites.
• Accurately record parts and maintain accurate inventory.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment.
• Verify dimensions of parts, using precision measuring instruments to ensure that specifications are met.
• Perform shop labor as needed to maintain an orderly, safe, efficient work environment.
• Package parts and materials for shipping.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift and carry 75+ lbs.
• Must be able to work safely and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work in construction areas in high elevation (up to 75 stories above ground).
• Willing to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Electro-mechanical experience.
