We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, and equipment inventory for Aluma’s yard and warehouse operations in Marion, OH. This role is critical in ensuring accurate deliveries, inventory control, and timely project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and verify deliveries, returns, and equipment movement between repair and main yards.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in equipment counts and types received or dispatched.
• Manage inventory transfers, stock orders, and non-rental supply requisitions.
• Oversee shipping and receiving documentation, including goods receipts and invoice verification.
• Coordinate material movement activities (assembly, disassembly, damage, repairs).
• Solicit freight quotes and manage shipping logistics.
• Support audits, job closeouts, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain delivery/return schedules and monitor open orders and outstanding returns.
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, mail processing, and office supply ordering.
• Assist with cross-application inventory adjustments and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory control and logistics.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and inventory systems (Nextgen, Profield, or similar).
• Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Demands: 

• The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
