Key Responsibilities:

  • rovide accurate and timely invoicing including but not limited to labor services, rental, and third-party consumables;
  • Verify all timesheets from site are correct prior to invoicing;
  • Ensure desktop procedures for contracts are maintained for billing purposes;
  • Create contracts within the billing system prior to the start of a job;
  • Liaise with internal and external customers in a professional manner;
  • Complete and send weekly and monthly invoicing reports to the customer service lead and corresponding finance manager;
  • Complete monthly accruals to be sent to corresponding finance manager in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Use numerous online forums to run reports, print third-party invoices, and submit invoices for payment;
  • Track all inventory related paperwork;
  • Attend kick off meetings with the sales managers, contract managers, site foreman, customer service lead, and finance managers when applicable

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience;
  • Knowledge of billing systems (Profield, Cortex, Ariba, Track) is considered an asset;
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated customer service skills;
  • Strong time management and organization skills in order to meet various competing deadlines;
  • Ability to self-motivate;
  • Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment;
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment with competing demands;
  • Ability to display sound and accurate judgement with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
