  • the ability to read and manage customer production schedules
  • the ability to communicate and cooperate with in-company sales, engineering, project controls, and safety elements
  • the ability to work with union leadership to grow and develop a skilled, can-do workforce
  • the ability to identify, quantify, and muster needed materials, equipment, manpower, help, and advice
  • the absolute determination to cheerfully take charge of up to three mid-sized, highly challenging, geographically dispersed projects simultaneously and to force a safe, profitable, customer-satisfying result, despite any obstacle on the path to success. A can-and-will-do attitude is of paramount importance in this role.

Qualifications:

  • 520 hours directly supervising Quikdeck projects
  • 520 hours directly supervising swing stage (Spider or Tractel) projects
  • 520 hours directly supervising mast climber (Hydromobile or FRACO) projects
  • 520 hours directly supervising HAKI roofing projects
  • 520 hours directly supervising shoring projects
  • 520 hours directly supervising loading docks, sidewalk protection, and similar
  • 520 hours directly supervising temporary steel support structure projects
  • 10,000 hours directly supervising access work (any mix of scaffold & above)
  • Routine, detailed work implementing projects based on construction blueprints
  • Routine interaction with customer project managers & site superintendents
  • Routine interaction with in-house sales, estimating, project controls, and engineering
  • Routine use of Microsoft Outlook functions: e-mail, calendar
  • Beginner proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Company supported & suspended competent person credentials
  • Construction blueprint training certification
  • Rigging certification
 

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $90,000- $120,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
