Salary range for this position is $59,256-$81,908. annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Location: Guthrie, OK (Can also sit in Gonzalez, LA and Houston, TX)
 

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Audits

  • Assist with DOT audits, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain TrueScreen files by updating drivers’ license and medical certificate expiration dates.
  • Partner with HR, EHS, Operations, and Transportation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Schedule and manage monthly random drug screenings in collaboration with PTC.

Fleet Maintenance & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles.
  • Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle inspections and repairs.
  • Maintain records of fleet maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.

Driver Records & Documentation

  • Monitor and update driver files, ensuring all required licenses and medical certifications are current.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of driver compliance with DOT and company policies.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding upcoming renewals and required documentation
  • The operation of vehicles and equipment (e.g., automobiles, trucks, forklifts, etc.) to travel to off-site locations for maintenance as needed


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma   
  • Compliance management experience required.                                      
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state/federal environmental laws concerning the operation of DOT vehicles
  • Familiar with fleet service procedures and federal/state laws to manage fleet operations.
  • Proficient with state/federal laws concerning vehicle emissions standards and the handling of hazardous materials to oversee and perform emissions testing, equipment repairs, and the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations to ensure safety policies and procedures for fleet service operations.
  • Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment to perform office functions in an efficient manner.
  • Understand operation of vehicles and equipment (e.g., automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, motor homes, forklifts, etc.) to travel to off-site locations or perform road tests.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with no driving restrictions.
  • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a TWIC card.                
  • The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Planning and organization skills required to manage multiple simultaneous projects. 
  • Strong attention to detail, analysis and problem resolution.                                          
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Desired:
  • Active Class A CDL


Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Office-based with occasional field visits as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
