We are looking for an experienced People Analytics Consultant who thrives in a building environment. This role plays an integral role in our HR data and reporting strategies.

The People Analytics Consultant role will partner with the HR Operations Director and key members of our HR Leadership team to present actionable insights from our HR systems, primarily Workday. The role will partner with our HRIS group to build dashboards for key leadership segments. The role will also be responsible for identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis.


DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Delivery analytics and business insights through reporting, dashboards, KPIs from Workday and other HR applications
  • Establish and maintain a People Analytics operating rhythm including KPI report outs, presentations, scheduled reports, etc
  • Converts datasets into insights that support the design, delivery, and measure the impact of HR and overall people strategy.
  • Prepare and present clear and compelling dashboards, communicating key findings and actionable recommendations
  • Partners with key stakeholders to drive data drive solutions and monitory progress and business impact
  • Drives adoption of dashboards, and reports out on utilization
  • Partners with HR and other functions to understand reporting needs and gaps
  • Partners with HRIS team to build Workday reporting and dashboarding capabilities based on business requirements
  • Supports processes around Employee Engagement surveys and adhoc HR surveys
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and human resources

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA or above in a technical field
  • Previous in a People Analytics/consultant role
  • 4+ years of People Analytics experience
  • 4+ years of Workday experience
  • Preferred: 1-2 years’ experience with Workday Prism Analytics
  • Strong ability to “tell the story” of an organization through data
  • Experience working across global teams
  • Sound judgement to manage conflicting priorities and manage client expectations.
  • In depth understanding of HR employee lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
