We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Fenton, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering quotes, managing Salesforce, estimating jobs and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively engage in client-facing activities such as making initial contact, presenting proposals, and following up on prospects.
- Assist in closing sales by preparing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Coordinate with the sales team and branch managers to price and manage change orders and scope revisions during project execution.
- Maintain and organize all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Serve as the point of contact between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Submit engineering reports and job set-ups with internal team members.
- Monitor project budgets and financial health, assisting in cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Support the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery of resources and materials.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, financial reports, and issue resolutions.
- Provide support for annual budgeting for industrial maintenance, project estimations, and the evaluation of costs and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment between project and business development efforts.
- Experience in the industrial or construction field, with prior project management or project coordination experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle project coordination and sales efforts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving project success.
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $63,500 - $85,700 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
