We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives across the business and drive the development and execution of effective strategies. In this role, you will serve as relationship manager and account executive to develop marketing strategies for various business initiatives. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, create competitor analysis, and develop innovative marketing programs to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. Salary range for this position is $95-120K. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR, trade shows, and product marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Partner with product managers on product marketing initiatives, including product launches, messaging, and positioning.
- Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
