Come join our growing Human Resources team as a Learning Program Manager.  In this job, you will play a significant role designing, implementing and managing learning across the organization. This role combines elements of instructional design, project management and human resources to ensure that training initiatives align with company goals and meet the developmental needs of our learners across the world. You will be responsible for overseeing projects through contracted instructional designers and ensuring the successful delivery of high quality learning experiences for our craft employees.


DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Program Development and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement instructional design strategies and methodologies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Design, plan, and execute innovative learning programs that address the specific needs of our learners.
    • Incorporate a variety of learning methods (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training and on-the-job training).
  • Needs Analysis and Curriculum Design:
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and define program objectives.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop curriculum content and learning materials.
  • Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of instructional materials.
    • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Project Management and Timely Delivery:
    • Manage program timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery of instructional materials.
    • Track and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays.
  • Technology Integration:
    • Stay abreast of emerging instructional technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
    • Collaborate with the HRIS team to implement and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant platforms.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Manage multiple requests/ requirements from the division teams.
    • Act as a liaison between instructional design teams, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Accessibility:
    • Ensure all learning materials meet regulatory compliance standards and accessibility requirements, including ADA compliance.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent certifications.
  • 5 years of experience in instructional design with 2 years in a consulting, leadership or management role.
  • Proficient in instructional design methodologies, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline), and learning management systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in instructional design and adult learning.
  • Industry and/or regulatory knowledge/experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • Remote/ hybrid work is available.
