We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Transformation Management to spearhead our organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring we remain competitive and agile in a rapidly changing business environment. The Transformation Management leader will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale transformation projects that drive significant change and improvement across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in change management, strategic planning, and execution, as well as the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple transformation projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Design and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on transformation progress and impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational transformation and change management.
  • Integrate innovative approaches and tools into the transformation process.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have transparent view of initiatives and progress, acting as the beating heart of transformation activities.
  • Institute measurement of success through performance measurement, tracking progress & outcomes.
  • Identify & implement innovative and contemporary solutions for existing/legacy issues leveraging technologies.
  • Recommend and establish needed governance process and future operating rhythm to maintain stable operation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or a related field.  MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years in transformation management with at least 5 years’ experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large scale transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Ability to navigate and manage complexities in a global organization.
  • Deep expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Six Sigma / LEAN / Continuous Improvement certification is preferred.
