Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist in Tukwila, WA.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, product/mechanical support, and support of our cross-funtional sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to and enable customers with solutions to common problems .
  • Provides hands-on technical service to  equipment and accessories designed and manufactured by SafeWorks.
  • Performs demonstrations and instructs customers in the safe operation of the equipment.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to various parts of the globe.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing technical support experience with electro-mechanical equipment.
  • At least 2 years of technical writing experience, including service bulletins or product manuals.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to read schematics.
  • Proven ability to guide customers through technical problem-solving.
  • Experience conducting training sessions or delivering technical presentations.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry for short durations.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Safety-focused, self-motivated, and maintains a positive attitude.

 

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
