Title: Warehouse Laborer
Location: 406A 7^th Street Glenville, NY 12302
Hours: Typically Monday – Friday, 6a – 230p (occasional weekends and/or OT based on business needs).
Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Salary range for this position is $18 - $20 annually/hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehousing tasks such as the receiving and storing of parts and material as well as packaging and shipping parts and material and maintain related records.
• Drive forklift to move inventory and materials across the facility.
• Prepares orders by processing request and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders, and inspect return equipment.
• Sort and place parts, materials or equipment on racks, shelves, or in bins, and store inventory in the proper location.
• Performs daily general housekeeping and janitorial tasks to keep both shop and office spaces clean and orderly.
• Routinely assist in the physical inventory process.
• Maintain a safe and neat warehouse and yard, free of safety hazards.
• Loading and unloading trucks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry desirable.
• Requires ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under stress.
• Requires good oral and written skills.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Above average mathematical skills.
• Hand and power tools.
